Shipping policy

For UK buyers, I will send your items by Royal Mail Special delivery. Items will be despatched within 1-3 working days. If there is a delay for any reason, I will contact you. You will receive confirmation by email once your jewellery has been dispatched.

For North America buyers, I will send your items by Royal Mail International Tracked (£12.00). This typically takes anywhere between 5- 7 days. These delivery timescales are estimates and not guarantees. You are responsible for any import duty or fees incurred when receiving international items.

We always retain proof of postage and will keep you informed throughout your order.

Packaging

Your jewellery will come beautifully presented in a branded gift box. Each order also comes with a polishing cloth for future use. Your parcel will be posted in a secure postal box. Each element of my packaging is either recycled or recyclable.
